Bruce Heller, the president of JaRyCo Development, tells KRLD's David Johnson about The Farm, a 135-acre development on the northern side of Allen. It will include 1.6 million square feet of offices, 142,000 square feet of retail, a 150-room hotel, 60,000 square feet of restaurants, and more than 2,000 residential units, according to JaRyCo's website.
