The Farm has been honored as the winner of the Dallas Business Journal's Best Real Estate Deals of 2021 award for Best Mixed-use Development.

JaRyCo has some big ideas for Allen with its 135 acres along Sam Rayburn Tollway. One day, over 4,000 people will live at the Farm with the scope of the entire development including 1.6 million square feet of office space, more than 200,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, a hotel, townhomes and apartments.
